As a bilingual (Spanish) CliftonStrengths Coach and a dynamic nonprofit entrepreneur, I bring forth extensive experience cultivated in dynamic, rapidly-evolving multicultural settings. My technical proficiency, innovative mindset, and ability to devise unconventional solutions to complex problems set me apart in my field.
My solid foundation in leadership has been built on over two decades of service within the nonprofit sector, characterized by robust interpersonal communication skills. I thrive on my unique blend of top 5 strengths: Futuristic, Learner, Empathy, Woo and Positivity.
I am currently working as the Assistant Director of StrongPoints® at Meredith College, a unique program exclusively developed to optimize the college experience through advising and personal strengths coaching. I also provide department training focused on teamwork and leadership enhancement.
In addition to my administrative role, I am an adjunct professor for the Masters of Nonprofit Leadership Program at Meredith College. I am also the Founder and Executive Director of an international nonprofit. I am a certified consultant for nonprofit boards, underscoring my comprehensive understanding of the sector and a certified financial educator.
