Wayne has spent the last 2 decades working with youths, young adults and families. He has a passion to help people do well with people. His experience in the civil service and non-profit arenas has further enhanced his Relationship building strengths.
As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF, and also a certified 3 Brains Coach, he coaches with a greater discernment into the individual or couples' deeper resistance or passion. He integrates his background in Psychology, Couples therapy, and Strengths into his coaching, allowing the coaching conversation to cover a space that is broad but connected.
Wayne has been a full time missionary for almost 15 years, and also the Founder of The Thriving Space, a coaching practice that serves individuals and couples who desire a greater integration of their values & beliefs and life decisions.
