It often amazes me how many companies develop technical skills for employees but sometimes overlook professional skills and development. When you think about it, operating or managing your business is a lot about people and to make your business excellent, those skills need to be developed. This is a process that takes practice and feedback and not a one-time class.
I have over twenty-five years working with businesses in training and university teaching business. I have worked within service, retail, manufacturing, and educational industries. I specialize in coaching managers and teams, helping companies with change, and assist in setting up training departments.
I also help companies in designing and customizing their own training materials or provide training on a wide variety of business and management related topics. I particularly enjoy developing high potentials for advancement.
My experience has been around the United States with seminars, classes, one-on-one coaching and working with many different cultures.
