Tina holds a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelors of Sociology from California State University of San Bernardino.
Tina has over 20 years of supervision and training experience in retail, corporate, and human services settings and has served as a Social Service Practitioner for Children and Family Services.
She is a recipient of the “Mousecar” for Excellence in Leadership from the Disney Corporation and currently manages San Bernardino County Performance, Education & Resource Centers (PERC).
Tina has worked with various County departments and city agencies developing and conducting workshops focusing on professional growth/development as well as providing coaching, consultation and facilitation.
