From (very) small town girl to international educator, speaker, and coach Lynsy has never claimed her journey to be easy. Navigating the halls of her 70 student high school scarcely prepared her to be a first-generation college student, for graduate school, or for life beyond. Luckily Lynsy became adept at utilizing her strengths at an early age which allowed her to persevere.
Now Lynsy has a decade of experience heading up leadership education efforts on a college campus, at a fraternity headquarters, and for an international service organization. Most recently she has started her own speaking and coaching business, Lynsy Leads, to share the power of Strengths and her gift for bringing teams together with people from all over the world.
