Candice F. Webb, M.Ed.

As an experienced learning & development professional, I have worked in both corporate and educational settings.  I currently work as a learning and development specialist at a major technology company where I provide opporutnities for professional development for employees at all levels of the organization.  I develop customized learning paths for teams and offer one-on-one coaching and group instruction.  I have experience coaching individuals, leaders, and teams in non-profit and for-profit organizations, including coaching for within communities of faith.

Prior to my corporate experience, I worked in higher education for more than 18 years.  I have expereince in various fields including career planning, academic advising, new student programming, and in the development, implementation and assessment of a campus wide strengths-based student success initiative.  I am committed to coaching individuals and teams to help them identify their unique talents and apply those talents to achieve their personal and professional goals. I have coached and served thousands of students as they enter college, navigate the college experience, and transition to the work environment beyond college. In addition to work with students, I have also coached faculty, staff, and senior leadership as they use strengths to maximize teams and teach and mentor students.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Education from North Carolina State University.
