Acerca de Anne WEBER

She is the founder & CEO of In Talent We Trust, a consultancy and training company celebrating its 10th birthday and dedicated to cultural change and full human & organizational potential.

Having used talent-based management techniques for the last 25 years, in early 2014 she was named the very first Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in France. She has created numerous talent & CliftonStrengths related tools. 

Expert in the Human Factor she holds a chronicle in the French Newspaper Atlantico and a blog. She is also an author and has write POWERFUL PROCRASTINATION the talent for taming complexity and GUESS HOW I LOVE YOU a children's book (also available in French here and here, and soon in German).

For nigh on 30 years now, Anne has lead remarkably diverse major projects in the private and the public sectors. She has worked to transform the visions of CEOs and politicians into reality, as well as to get complex projects back on track. Projects she has developed, and subsequently directed, include an innovative science centre for children, as well as large-scale architectural, town-planning and restructuration projects, and the drafting of innovative public policy, all in Europe.  

Besides her background in Law and Political Science, she also holds a diploma from Arts et Métiers Paris (in Creativity), certifications from Foursight, and from ThinkBuzan (in Mind Mapping), and was trained in Creative Problem Solving at the Creative Problem Solving Institute in Buffalo(NY). She has provided keynote speeches and workshop at various international creativity conferences.  

Member of MENSA, she has particular comprehension of and expertise in dealing with high potential teams and individuals.  

Also, former President of the Rowing Club Strasbourg (FR) and Vice-President of the French Rowing Federation, she help athletes with mental preparation.

With broad intercultural and interlinguistic experience with collaborators of diverse backgrounds, she is comfortable working in French and English alike.
