Victor is the World's 1st Gold Awarded Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder® Coach and Founder of Strengths School™. A former Client Relationship Manager (CRM) whose clients include Microsoft, Procter and Gamble and EMC, Victor brings with him an ability to understand clients' needs and challenges while he does coaching. From Singapore to across Asia in Hong Kong, China, India, Victor has successfully led workshops and coaching programs for organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Adobe Systems, Singapore Press Holdings, Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), Remy Cointreau, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and popular brands such as Lee Jeans, Timberland and Vans.
Victor is also passionate in sowing into the future generations through impacting the schools in Singapore. Victor was the Keynote Speaker at the 1st ASEAN Strengths Education Summit which was held in Singapore. He has conducted StrengthsFinder® workshops and career talks for Singapore Ministry of Education HQ, National University of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and various Tertiary, Secondary, Primary schools such as Catholic Junior College, Nanyang Junior College, Gan Eng Seng School, Bukit Batok Secondary, Marsiling Secondary, Hong Wen School and Radin Mas Primary. Victor is also the Creator of the Strengths-Based Program called the Game of Life™, designed to help students apply their strengths in an interactive and experiential game format. Victor also believes in active contribution to the society and runs StrengthsFinder® programs for youths-at-risk. Victor is effectively bilingual and conducts the StrengthsFinder® workshops and coaching both in English and Mandarin.
Victor also runs StrengthsFinder® workshops for couples and families and has also coached more than 200 individuals, both adults and students in a 1-1 capacity. He brings many shared experiences and stories of breakthroughs to share and inspire others. He enjoys writing articles that seek to help people grow their talents to strengths.
Victor is an active volunteer leader in his church and heads a group of 100 leaders. He brings with him over 16 years of experience in strategic leadership roles and in leadership development. In his own hobby and pastime, Victor volunteers in leading overseas expedition trips and community outreach programs and is an experienced team leader who have led more than 20 trips to different parts of the world that include China, Philippines, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, East Timor, Vietnam and Malaysia.
