Alka Nayar

Alka has extensive professional experience in development banking, international marketing, and business consultancy. Has trained, facilitated, and coached in multinational banks, infrastructure companies, insurance, consulting, and telecommunications sector. As both a facilitator and a coach, she conducts programs for organisations on leadership, creativity, communication skills, and team building.  

Alke also provides executive coaching to executives at all levels. Her experience includes functional heads at a multinational bank, middle and senior leaders in the automotive, telecommunication, consumer durables, and infrastructure sectors, as well as entrepreneurs.  

She has been regularly providing training and facilitation for those in talent pools and high potential individuals to develop the next generation of leaders.
