Ben Rotz is the founder and CEO of Good Soil Leadership Coaching. He is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University. He has almost 20 years of leadership development experience in nonprofit, ministry, and higher education. He is passionate about helping leaders, teams, and families thrive by cultivating a Strengths-based environment for sustainable leadership to flourish. Ben is married to his wife Sarah; they have two amazing kids: Piper Jane (5) and Jack Preston (3).
