Katherine Maloney is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach recognized for her positive energy and creativity in guiding clients to find work in which they will flourish. She also consults with organizations and provides workshops that build people’s capacity for promoting healthy workplaces. With decades of experience in financial services, health care, higher education, and as the owner of her own consultancy, Katherine helps clients unearth and articulate their value to themselves and to their organizations and professions. She has an MBA from Babson College and a BA in History from Boston College. Outside of work she enjoys group singing, community theatre, and living on the Maine seacoast.
