Sumiyo Herrera

I’m a Leadership Coach, Team Building Coach, Strength Strategist, and Speaker. My top strengths are FUTURISTIC, MAXIMIZER, COMMUNICATION, INPUT and RELATOR. 

I have more then 15 years of leadership experience with two global firms in Marketing Communication field.  Through my experiences, I have enhanced my skills for team and individual’s development, delivered several presentations, workshops and training courses related to organizational development. 

My Mission is to elevate people or organizations to achieve their highest level of success at work and in life.  The idea of each individual is gifted by unique strengths, makes me passionate to help people to find the ways to have a satisfactory performance, and a good balance of work and life. 

I have BA in English Language and Literature at Aoyama Gakuin University in Japan, I also finished an online course of MIT Slone, ‘Business Process Design for Strategic Management’.
