In my career as a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, I've had the pleasure to work with individuals and teams. When individuals are securely grounded in their uniqueness and everything they bring to the organization - that confidence in self creates a uplift which helps them and the organization in which they work achieve desired end results in a way that honors each person's strengths.
