I have worked in the business world for over 25 years and have found Gallup's Strengths Based Leadership to be the most integral component for personal and team development I've ever experienced.  I currently work for a Medical Device organization where I am the Director Sales Training with a focus on Leadership Development along with individual coaching.  I have led sessions with individuals and teams with our Sales team, Support Services, Marketing, HR, and Research & Development within my company.  Our division has every employee take the Strengthsfinder assessment and as we itegrate strengths immediately with our employees. I have found a dramatic and positive turn in our culture and performance through this implementation.  In fact, we are experiencing double digit growth since focusing on strengths.  My goal is to have every single person focus on what makes them successful innately and brings them energy.  I coach our leadership team to identify the successes our teams have and investigate how and why it happens, so we can repeat it.  Being a curious leadership team provides engagement of the employee because their opinions and feedback matters. I'm more than thrilled to work with other individuals and teams to research how they can be more successful, engaged and happy in their work and home life.
