It’s safe to say that my career has been rather squiggly – after graduating with a business degree, I started working life as a medical sales representative then 10 years in advertising. I transitioned into online retail 12 years ago and have worked across the marketing, strategy, and customer experience spaces. I finally found my ‘career home’ when I moved to the people team into talent development - then began to discover the ‘joy’ of coaching.
My Clifton Strengths experience has been transformational. I now truly understand my unique talent DNA, my best opportunities for personal growth and I’m able to leverage these every day. Most importantly though, the Clifton Strengths experience has provided me with clarity on my purpose, my passion, and my future – setting up Clayton-White Coaching so that I can help other people to supercharge their natural talents with strengths-based coaching, too.
