Aktywnie propaguję odkrywanie talentów Gallupa, gdyż wierzę, że każdy jest utalentowany i ma naturalny potencjał. Jestem po to, by zwykli ludzi odkrywali swoje niezwykłe moce, zaczynając już od najmłodszych lat.

Każdego dnia obserwuję, że działanie zgodne z mocnymi stronami przynosi indywidualnym osobom i całym rodzinom wiele satysfakcji i lepszego zrozumienia siebie. Moją uwagę poświęcam młodym ludziom, którzy często decydując o życiowym wyborze dalszej edukacji i o rozwoju w danej dziedzinie, mogą kierować się zgodnie ze swoimi wrodzonymi talentami.

Zdobyłam wiedzę z zakresu zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, zajmowałam się rozwojem pracowników w firmach w Polsce i Wielkiej Brytanii. Jestem Certyfikowanym Tutorem I stopnia, działam w obszarze edukacji i rozwoju młodzieży.

Jestem szczęśliwą żoną i mamą trójki dzieci-  dwójki prawie dorosłych osób i pewnego siebie zdobywcy edukacji na poziomie szkoły podstawowej. Dzięki temu, że jestem mamą dzieci nowego pokolenia I-Gen, doskonale rozumiem z jakimi wyzwaniami mierzą się rodzice w XXI wieku. O tym często rozmawiamy na naszych talentowych sesjach.

Od kilku lat prowadzę swoją markę Tropiciele Talentów, gdzie znajdziesz ofertę odkrywania talentów dla nastolatków, młodzieży i dorosłych. 

Nagrywam podcast Talenty Dużych i Małych. W odcinkach opowiadam o badaniu StrengthsExplorer, CliftonStrengths oraz o nastoletnich i dorosłych talentach.

I actively promote strengths-based development because I believe that everyone is talented and has natural potential. I am here to support ordinary people to discover their extraordinary powers, starting from an early age.

Every day, I observe that acting in accordance with the strengths brings a lot of satisfaction and a better understanding to individuals and whole families. I devote my attention to young people who, when deciding about their life choices for further education and development, can be guided by their innate talents.

I gained knowledge in the field of HR management,  I was responsible of L&D area of small and large companies in Poland and the UK. I am a 1st degree Certified Tutor and currently I work in the field of education and youth development.

I am a happy wife and mother of three children - two who are almost adults, and a self-confident primary school pupil. Due to the fact that I am a mother of children of the new generation I-Gen, I perfectly understand the challenges parents face in the 21st century. We often talk about it at our talent sessions.
