In her 25 years of professional experience in international business as HR BP, HR COE expert and Head of Corporate University in telecom, chemical, FMCG and retail industries, Linda has accumulated vast and diversified experience in talent acquisition, assessment and development, learning & development, leadership pipeline design and development, organization health assessment and development, and Corporate cultural transformation, etc.
As an internal individual and group coach, Linda works as one of the core members of the Internal Coach Community, especially for the internal coach networking in APAC. Linda was certified as MGSCC in 2014, got ICF PCC certification in Jan., 2021 and Gallup Strength Coach in May, 2021. Because of her excellent coaching skills and authentic and hard-working attitude, she is approached by all the internal BU customers for both individual and group coaching cases, and she and her team have developed internal Leader As Coach program and are responsible for supporting the Corporate cultural change for People Leaders and HIPOs.
Linda is also an expert in Talent Assessment, and she believes that enhancing people's self-awareness through assessment, constructive feedbacks and coaching could support talents' career development in a more healthy and effective way. With right talent assessment tools, by deep listening, powerful questioning, direct communication, she creates awareness and helps the client to breakthrough in term of attitude, mindset and behaviors, thus to unlock their potential, proactively look for solutions with more insights, and optimize individual, team and organization health and performance.
