I am currently working as a management consultant at Awaken Group in the space of Leadership, Culture and Transformation. I have had the privilege of journeying with various organisations to effect organisational transformation. These experiences have taught me how, as a tool, StrengthsFinder could be used to grow and connect people, bringing about positive change in people’s life and thereby the environment. I have learnt a lot and it has been (and still is) an extremely meaningful learning experience.
With what I have experienced, I strive to utilise all that I have learnt to support to the best of my abilities as many people as possible in uncovering their potential and realising it.
