For as long as I can remember, I have never fit in and was often told this was because of my “fat head.” Whatever. This head cannot be pigeonholed, and now I am proud of it.
With passion as a beacon, and obstacles as motivation, I have acquired a wide range of skills. The common thread through all these skills is this: the desire to guide my fellow Human along their search for Happiness.
The search for happiness requires wonderful tools. This is why I chose CliftonStrengths, because it:
- nurtures Self-confidence;
- helps us to accept our Strengths instead of trying to fix the impossible (our weaknesses);
- allows us to say no to job opportunities that would not use our full potential;
- aids us in creating a management-style that is unique and fulfilling, for everyone;
- and, somehow, it “changes the world, one person at a time” (my personal motto.)

I foster your managers’ leadership qualities, increasing their teams’ engagement and performance. Each team member will have individual coaching to understand how to make the most of their Strengths (also known as Soft Skills). Each manager will get to know their own Strengths and how to maximise individual talents in order to increase the whole team’s results.
As a Coach, I will facilitate the process and eventually offer practical and recreational solutions to oil the wheels of your relationships.
*** For Individuals ***
I invite you to fall in love with the one person you are stuck with for the rest of your life: YOURSELF! Depending on your goals, I will offer you a dive deep into your CliftonStrengths report, or the opportunity to explore your life choices and boundaries through complementary coaching methods.
As the objective is to make you autonomous by revealing your own inner-coach, the number of sessions will be limited.
*** For students and mid-career changes ***
If you feel lost, we can explore your IKIGAI (just Google it), saving you a lot of precious time by discovering “the meaning of professional life”.
We will look at how many of your career objectives make the most of your Talents, as well as how to maximise your current approach.
