I believe that everyone deserves great leadership, and most leaders aren’t equipped to lead well.  I help people understand who they are and why they do what they do, and I help them to develop their leadership from their genuine identity.  I provide deep, powerful one-on-one coaching and strengths training to help people bridge the gap between the leader they are and the leader they aspire to be.

I am an Executive Coach, and I have been partnering with leaders and teams for over 30 years to help them reach their full potential and achieve their goals. I have a strong background in leadership, engineering, and mathematics, with 28+ years of experience in the Army, a master's degree in operations research, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

I am passionate about empowering leaders to create positive and lasting impact in their organizations and communities. I use a strengths-based coaching approach, based on my certifications as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a Project Management Professional (PMP). I help my clients discover and leverage their unique talents, develop strategies to overcome their challenges, and enhance their communication and relationship skills. I also provide guidance on organizational development, strategic planning, and training. My areas of expertise include strengths-based coaching, leadership development, and organizational strategy.
