About John Francis Faustorilla Jr

Dr. John Francis L. Faustorilla Jr, or Doc JF as his colleagues would call him, is a staunch leader in revolutionizing health care and education. He leads innovation in these industries through the use of information and communications technologies in improving educational strategies in health care and education.

As an ISO Auditor, he has audited more than 100 companies across more than 20 industries for various ISO standards, including Quality (ISO 9001), Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001/BS OHSAS 18001), Environmental (ISO 14001), Information Security (ISO 27001), and Business Continuity (ISO 22301) Management Systems. On top of these standards, he also conducts training and consultancy services to help his clients achieve ISO certification for emerging standards, such as Educational Organization Management System (ISO 21001) and QMS for Healthcare (DIN EN 15224).

As an Educator, he infuses Strengths-Based Development into his courses as an Associate Professorial Lecturer IV at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Nursing and a Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Manila College of Medicine. At present, he is working on developing more engaged schools through the use of Strengths-Based Development and introduce entrepreneurial opportunities through Coaching Builder Talents.

As a Development Manager, he had the opportunity to work with the World Bank in the Philippines as the Project Manager for the Mobile Community Health Information Tracking Project and with the Philippine Regulatory Board of Nursing for the establishment of the Philippine Nursing Career Progression Program intended for the Nursing Specializations. He also successfully formalized Informatics Nursing as a specialty practice and organization in the Philippines. At present, he is actively advocating for the welfare of the Filipinos in solving mental poverty among the financially illiterate and mismanaged through Strengths-Based Development collaborations with Junior Achievement Philippines - COL Financial Group, Inc. and Investagrams.

As a Builder, he is working towards establishing a start-up company geared towards developing eLearning Solutions for a University in Indonesia and a local Accredited Professional Organization in the Philippines. He will be working with Builders such as Blends Project to ensure that start-ups and accelerators get the necessary boost their need through coaching their builder talents and strengths-based development
