Jing Lee

I achieved a bachelor degree of applied psychology in human resource development and evaluation, and then obtained an MBA degree in 2017. I also have studied NLP course.

After graduation, I have gained work experience diversified in lots of listed companies in retailing, real estate, catering/food service and education, dealing with human resource training and development.

Due to the latent needs of helping others to help themselves, I have been eager to be a teacher since I was a child. The strong curiosity drives me to explore my own value and also discover others’ strength. Moreover, I maintain quite a lot of hobbies including long-distance running, basketball, painting, singing, and writing. What's more, I find innocent kids adorable.

Since I stepped into the area of Gallup's Strength Finder 2.0, I have gradually discovered my own advantages (Top5: Woo, Achiever, communication, learner, positivity) and had a clearer plan for my vocational development. Meanwhile, I have set a personal vision to be a life walker helping others to grow and live up to their gifts and potential ability.

At the same time, I have already started the journey to gain coaching expertise and professional fulfilment in ACC and PCC credentials. Additionally, I am fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. Let's explore the advantages together. I believe it would be a magical journey!

大学本科获得应用心理学人力资源开发与测评专业学士学位，并取得工商管理研究生学位，亦曾修读NLP课程。

毕业后曾先后在零售百货行业、二手房地产业、连锁餐饮业、物业服务行业和教育业等多个行业的上市公司，从事人力资源培训与人才发展板块的工作。

从小希望成为老师，源于内心助人自助的需求；有强大的好奇心探索自我和发现他人身上的优势和美。有各种兴趣爱好，长跑、篮球、画画、唱歌、写作，更喜欢天真烂漫的小孩子。

自从接触到盖洛普的优势识别器2.0后，也慢慢探索到自己的优势（Top5：取悦、成就、沟通、学习、积极）以及对自己未来的职业发展有了更清晰的规划，并定下了“成为帮助他人成长，发挥天赋和潜能的行者”的个人愿景！

并已启动迈向教练技术认证“ACC”以及“PCC”的路上，并享受这种在路上的感觉！
