Hanna Miller

Ringmaster Founder and CEO Hanna Miller brings 20 years of experience in the thrilling entertainment world to bear on problems of all shapes and sizes. Hanna's decade of performing on horseback in one of Orlando, Florida's premier attractions laid a foundation of showmanship, adaptability, and teamwork that influence her solution-focused coaching and consulting services. Another decade of managing horse trainers, acrobats, lion tamers, accountants, and other circus characters taught Hanna how to identify the underlying problem of any conflict within a team or organization. Her experience managing a $12M budget, 200 employees, and 65 horses which performed 500 shows per year taught her how to manage organizational change, drive employee engagement and customer service, and juggle all the moving parts which make up the behind-the-scenes business of the circus.

Hanna Miller is a Gallup®-Certified Strengths Coach and has a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development with a special focus in Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she was conferred the honor of Scholar of Distinction. Her exceptional leadership has been recognized by numerous organizations, and she is the recipient of Tucson Hispanic Chamber’s 2019 40 Under 40 award and the Brigadier General Ronald L. Kurth Award for Outstanding Leadership from Greater Tucson Leadership. She is also a Designated Campus Colleague with the University of Arizona and currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees for The Gregory School. Hanna lives in Tucson, Arizona with her college sweetheart-turned-husband Luke.
