About Rebecca Michel

Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are. -Brene Brown

Over the past decade, I have utilized StrengthsFinder to help hundreds of individuals discover and develop the best possible versions of themselves. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and faculty member, I form authentic professional relationships with clients and students to transform their career goals into realities.

I am passionate about supporting career and personal development throughout the lifespan. I have worked with college students launching into their career, mid-life career changers, and individuals transitioning into retirement. In 2016, I co-edited the book Creative Career Counseling Interventions with Diverse Populations, which provides career development strategies for clients at multiple stages of life. I am routinely invited to speak at international, national, regional, state, and local meetings and conferences.

I believe every person has their own unique story to tell and can uncover their authentic self through conversations with others. If you would like to learn more about how to use your unique talents to advance your career, strengthen your relationships, or provide direction in your life, please contact me to up an individual or team coaching session, workshop, or keynote presentation.

I would be honored to support you along your career journey.
