Sherry Wickstrom's goal is to help people be the best they can be through strengths-based development. As an experienced leader she knows that to grow an organization, it is essential to develop the people who make it run. Sherry uses Clifton Strengths as the tool that provides a framework to understand and appreciate each person's unique talents, while valuing the diverse talents of others. This self-awareness sparks an appreciation where each person's abilities are recognized and each person has a greater ability to perform at their highest level.
Sherry combines nearly 20 years’ experience assisting businesses and organizations in developing leaders, with her work as a GALLUP Strengths coach and consultant. She provides an array of customized services in working with individuals, managers, leaders and teams to design just the right approach to strengths-based development.
Training options include:
* Half and full day GALLUP Strengths workshops
* Individual coaching packages for associates, managers, and leaders to help them fully implement the strengths-based approach to workplace engagement
* Deep work with teams in understanding the dynamics and potential each person brings to the team.
Sherry holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, and a Master's degree in History from the University of Minnesota, and a certification in Mediation from Hamline University School of Law.
Sherry designed and led the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy, for Anoka Ramsey Community College, which has been operating since 2005, and she developed the Leadership Institute for the University of St. Catherine, from 2000 to 2002.
