Ryan is one of the newest Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches in the Quad Cities area. He has over 16 years of professional experience in the area of people development. Ryan has an extensive military background starting as a Private in the United States Army and ending up as Captain. Ryan has now been in the corporate world for the past three years.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Illinois University and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Ryan has been coaching with Clifton StrengthsFinder for almost two years now.
Ryan began his team development and team moral coaching while severing as a Company Commander in the U.S. Army. With Clifton StrengthsFinder as a new tool, Ryan has been able to take his coaching to the next level. He enjoys coaching others through focusing on goals and achieving excellence.
