Allyson Gray

Allyson is an Australian certified coach who is based presently on the Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia.

Allyson is a certfied coach with over 100 + hours of coaching expereince. She has training and certification with Neuroleadership coaching, Growth Coiaching international, Conversations of Substance certification with Leading Humans and is presently completing Bethel Coaching certification . She is a Gallup Certified coach . Allyson is also ICF accreditated. 

Allyson has been personally mentored and coached by international author and speaker Kerri Phipps and David Smith director of Bethel Coaching. She has sat on mentoring circles with Lisa Baker an ICF accrediated coach and has been mentored and coach by Gallop Certified coach and trainer Purva Hassomal.

Allyson has a degree and over 30 years experience in Education as a classroom teacher, Early Childhood educator and team leader, Beginning Teachers Mentor and  coach to expereince teachers and middle mamgament. She has a passion for ealy literacy and numeracy and to see teachers reach their full potential. 

Allyson also has a Certificate 4 in Chrsitan Leedership and is presently studying at Bethel Schoool of ministry in the USA. She has worked in chruches in various areas including as Youth Pastor/Leader for over 10 years. She ran a self image program for girls transition from primary to high school for 11 years across schools in the Central Highlands School disctrict.

She is the director and creator of designcoaching business whose mandate is to coach and mentor people in their personal and professional potential. She uses her knwoedge of brainbased coaching, Gallup Strengths and Bethel Leadership and Transformational coaching to see growth in peoples lives. 

She works with people of all ages who have a desire to move forward and reach their potential. 

Allyson offers individual and/or team sessions face to face or online. She offers a wide range of packages including single and multi session packages using Gallup strengths.
