I am a assionate organizer, developer of relationships, and collaborative partner to individuals and teams. I seek collective impact opportunities to help individuals and groups leverage their Strengths in order to create and achieve goals! In addition to Strengths work, I’m a motivated and passionate higher education administrator who seeks meaningful ways to connect students, faculty members and community partners in mutually beneficial partnerships that highlight the value of a liberal arts degree. My undergraduate training in Psychology and Sociology, paired with graduate training in Social Work (MSW), create my personal philosophy which is grounded in a strengths-based, empowerment-oriented model, situating individuals within systems and groups.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I bring values of honesty, loyalty, and commitment to skillfully listen to you and to hear your story with sensitivity and respect. It’s an honor to walk with clients and teams on their Strengths journey, wherever they’re at – and whichever direction they want to go moving forward. I bring a confidential and open space to hear you, as you create a sense of how you name your Strengths (at home and professionally). In a collaborative milieu, we’ll organize your thoughts and seek patterns through curious questions. We will celebrate your Strengths, and what makes you (or your team) uniquely you. Then, we’ll aim the collective talent themes toward an individualized strategy you/your team feel/s best suites your personality and goals. I promise to be a resource-driven coach who’s dedicated to any clients I’m allowed to walk beside. And, if we get the chance to collaborate, I hope we’ll move through four phases of work, or the 4 E’s, that I believe will help my clients achieve their goals.
1. Explore – explore who you are and what you’d like to achieve leveraging your top 5 talent themes.
2. Examine – examine the tools and resources that exist which can support your self-exploration.
3. Engage – engage in conversation, in self-reflection, in activities and experiences that allow you to fully form sense of yourself, while propelling you toward your goals.
4. Excel – excel in personal and/or professional ways as you achieve goals that create meaningful life results.
