Frank V. Eastham Jr. has global experience as a certified Gallup Strengths coach, diversity coach, and leadership development instructor who focuses on the power of relationships to empower individuals and organizations to maximize their performance capacity.
Frank has a passion for equipping others to maximize their impact and influence in their personal and professional lives. Frank is a skilled educational leader with experience in public school systems and both public and private colleges and universities. He recently retired from a public school system that served 55,000 students as the Chief School Management and Instructional Leader Officer. His university experience includes being an adjunct faculty member for Johns Hopkins University since 2004. He instructed and supervised students in an international educational leadership certification program, as well as, a course developer. Currently Frank is the Chief Operations Officer to a large multicultural strengths-based church outside of Washington D.C. He is responsible for organizational culture, leadership development, and the strengths coaching and facilitation initiatives for employees, clergy, and congregants who represent over 54 nations.
He is the founder and President of R.E.A.C.H. commUNITY. R.E.A.C.H. commUNITY is a global organization that is designed to help neighborhoods, villages, schools, churches and organizations create capacity for people to connect across color, class, and culture. Frank is also the President of Lead4Transformation, a personal professional coaching organization designed to transform the lives of individuals and the effectiveness of organizations.
Frank has dedicated much of his life to the power of relationships and helping others to build leadership and cross-cultural relationship skills within his community and abroad.
