About Lisa Feldman

Lisa Feldman focuses on the relationship between talent, management, and culture.  She provides decades of experience and thought leadership in higher education, career coaching, and community building and interconnection. Lisa loves helping people find that moment of "aha," when they see new possibilities and feel empowered to move forward. With Strategic as her #1 strength, and supported by her top 10, she excels at accomplishing this quickly, providing both coaching and advice to liberate people from feeling stuck.

She coaches individuals on a variety of challenges:

• Career. A gifted career coach, she works with students, young professionals, and curious experienced leaders, helping them see through the haze of discomfort toward avenues for career pathing and fulfillment.

• New managers: How to transition from a role as an individual contributor to one as a coach; how to find enjoyment in this new role; how to be a leader others want to follow.

• Longtime managers and leaders: How to refresh your leadership and improve your team's engagement and performance.

She also provides coaching, facilitation, and advice to organizations and teams using multiple modalities, including design thinking and group facilitation expertise.

• Mobilizing new (or stagnant) teams for success

• Developing successful partnerships within or across organizations

• Investing in improving engagement and performance of your organization

In addition to working with corporations and nonprofits, she finds great fulfillment in working with the faith community, particularly Jewish organizations and synagogue leadership.

A dynamic panel moderator, she excels at asking questions that help panelists tell their stories in specific, captivating ways that truly educate the audience. She also has the energy and presence to hold a room when leading solo, whether it is at the front of a large room or in a Zoom meeting.

Lisa understands that not everyone is equally able to manifest their possibility. Recognizing the role that privilege, in particular white privilege, plays in the United States and in the world, she invests in increasing her awareness of her own role in this system in order to improve her ability to act as an ally and speak up for equity, inclusion, and belonging.

She is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and a Gallup Employee Engagement Champion as well as a certified design thinking facilitator, trained Community at Work group facilitator, and Certified Agile Scrum Master.
