As the owner and founder of Utmost Strategic Consulting & Design Group, Dr. Ward decided to combine the scientific research with the human equation and created nine programs to help small businesses and organizations function to their utmost. Dr. Ward has a PhD in Leadership. Her research spanned small business leadership, emotional intelligence, organizational efficiency and structuring, cultural capital, power, curriculum development, and communication. Dr. Ward has researched and coached both nationally and internationally. As a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Dr. Ward is able to bring your organization or business leadership coaching, manager coaching and team coaching from the Gallup strengths curriculum. Dr. Ward also specializes in emotional intelligence education and coaching. Research supports the direct correlation of emotional intelligence to productivity and satisfaction within work environments.
