Ik ben Maike Groen en ik werk sinds 2022 bij organisatieadviesbureau The Rookie Minds (TRM). Bij TRM helpen wij bedrijven met mensgericht organiseren: het centraal stellen van de mens binnen je organisatie. Hierbij maken wij gebruik van methodieken uit de positieve psychologie. Vanaf de start van onze organisatie in 2015 werken wij met de Sterke Punten-theorie van Gallup. Als (Strengths) Coach kan ik putten uit een jarenlange ervaring met het coachen van leiders, (directie-) teams en individuen. Sterker nog, samen met mijn eigen persoonlijke Sterke Punten-profiel, ben volgens de mensen waarmee ik gewerkt heb een enthousiaste, open en betrokken Strengths Coach. Blijer kun je mij niet maken dan met het "ontrafelen van alle mysteries en het unlocken van het potentieel van de mensen die je ontmoet". En zo is het!

My name is Maike Groen and I have been working at the organizational consultancy The Rookie Minds (TRM) since 2022. At TRM we help companies with humanizing work: putting people at the center of your organization. We use methods from positive psychology. Since the start of our organization in 2015, we have been working with Gallup's Strengths Finder Theory.
