I am Stefan Dumic, currently working in multinational company of L'Oreal, in charge of Learning & Development for Europe region. As someone in charge of L&D in nine countries, I have a wealth of experience and expertise in helping individuals and organizations thrive. My role involves designing and implementing effective learning programs that cater to the unique needs and cultures of each country. By understanding the diverse learning styles and preferences across Europe, I can create tailored development initiatives that empower individuals to unlock their full potential.

In 2023 I became certified Gallub Strenghts Coach as very useful upgrade on my coaching arsenal, that could help individuals and teams to unleash thier potential. Currently I am implementing Strengths based approach for all people managers and teams in L'Oreal. I am very passionate about developing and growing people. My coaching approach is personalized, empowering, and focused on unlocking the full potential of each individual.
