About Paula Castillo, PCC

The CliftonStrengths assessment offers powerful insights, and with such a wealth of information, it can be daunting to know where to start. That’s where I come in.

As an experienced Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach with a corporate background, I'll help you and your team take the assessment and turn your results into meaningful insights with clear, actionable steps. Together, we'll unlock your potential, boost performance, and gain clarity in your careers and lives.

Through 1:1 and team coaching, as well as facilitation, you'll discover your "zone of genius"—the unique talents that help you thrive as a leader, professional, and individual. I combine strengths-based coaching with mindfulness techniques to help you:

  • Prioritize meaningful change
  • Understand the unique value you bring to organizations and relationships
  • Identify fulfilling work
  • Approach key decisions (like job transitions) with confidence
  • Find balance between work and life, preventing burnout
  • Foster thriving, collaborative teams
  • Navigate team conflict as a creative process

About me:

I’m a wife, mother, coach, and yoga teacher living in Washington, DC. Born and raised in Colombia, I came to the U.S. for college. After earning my Master's degree from Harvard University in 2007, I spent over a decade consulting for Fortune 500 companies and international development banks before turning my focus to coaching.

In addition to being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach (formerly StrengthsFinder), I hold a  Level 2 Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in coaching, and hold various certifications including facilitation. I co-lead the ICF Capitol Hill Coaches Coffee and teach restorative yoga on the Hill.

I offer a free Discovery Call (también en español), please email me to request, or learn more about my CliftonStrengths coaching here.
