About Sarah Grant

Sarah Grant has extensive knowledge of Human Resources being in this field for 15 years. I have worked in many different industries such as technology, architecture, retail and hospitality. I have a post graduate degree in Human Resources and recently become qualified as a Gallup-Certified Coach.

My passion has always been people and how we can create a fantastic employee experience. I recently implemented a driving engagement project in a technology company which has been a great success in the business and have seen great results. My passion is increasing employee engagement and to develop employees to see their potential. If your looking to reduce your voluntary turnover figure, I can look at practical ways to help you and create a culture of listening to employee feedback and creating a culture of employee recognition.

I have facilitated many training and engagement workshops which has involved putting materials and activities together which is tailored to the department I'm working with. I'm passionate about assessing the needs of the manager and department.

I am committed to helping those I coach to apply their strengths and feel proud of and energized by their talents. I also have a practical with tangible results being very important.

I'm passionate about using strengths with poor performers as a tool to turn things around before going into any formal performance management approaches which often result in exit rather than a positive result.
