About Amy Rosellini, PhD

After leading Human Resources and PEople Operations for over 10 years in a variety of industries including: manufacturing/construction, automotive, financial services and real estate, I now work exclusively with CEOs and business leaders to improve leadership development and learning strategy. I work as a Strengths Coach, providing consulting services, leadership workshops, and fractional HR services.

In addition to being a Strengths coach, I facilitate Fierce Conversations, KornFerry Competency modeling, and a variety of proven leadership tools.

My mission is to help executives and CEOs in workplace culture and leader development to support a company with high engagement and performance. I design and implement talent strategies, change management systems, and learning pathways across service, retail, real estate, transportation, and communications industries.

I also teach MBA students as an adjunct professor at the SMU Cox School of Business and publish academic research on topics such as wisdom, information behavior, and knowledge management.
