I’m co-founder of WiseRise [wiserise.pl], where we help companies elevate their business on a higher level implementing:

• strengths based approach to leadership,

• attitudes firsts approach to hiring and development process

• diverse trainings for leaders and recruiters.

My adventure with Gallup and strengths-based teams development started 8 years ago. Also helping leaders in discovering their leadership style and best practices.

In overall 12 years of professional experience in hi-tech companies with different scale (20,100,1k+). Building and designing HR processes from scratches, including 6 years with employer branding strategy gave me strong expertise in diverse topics, so I can juggle them and see connections/dependencies with helicopter view as well as zooming in 😊
