Erik serves as the director of the TRIO SSS program at Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. As an advocate and resource for historically marginalized students, he and his team help their program participants with the tools and guidance needed to reach their full academic potential and prepare for lifelong personal and professional success. Using a Strengths-based coaching and advising approach, Erik helps students to shift their thinking from a deficit mindset to one of growth and embracing natural talents.
