I help people find their life purpose, deep values, and talents so they can live out their true and full selves.  I believe that, when everyone lives their true self which is resourceful and full of love, human beings will stop hurting each other and world peace ensues.

I help teams build trust and collaboration, using Gallup Strengths to enable team members to understand each other's talents and blind spots so misunderstandings are resolved and cohesion enhanced. It warms my heart when I see people walk out of my workshops talking to each other with smiles, while they were only looking at their own phones when they walked in the room.  I have 30+ years of experience working with different cultures and 10 years leading cross-cultural teams with members from Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

I help organizations build strengths-based DDOs (deliberately developmental organizations) where members can be their true selves and all have the opportunity to grow to their full potential as their organization grows.

I have worked with a government agency for 7 years and multinationals in China for 24 years (13 years with GE, 8 years with Pfizer, and 3 years with Viatris), spanning all HR functions with depth in organization/talent/leadership development.  In addition to holding the Gallup Strengths certificate and a certificate in Principles and Practices of Organization Development from Columbia University, I am also a certified coach/trainer in True Purpose, Leadership Circle Profile, Collective Leadership Assessment, 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence, Energy Management, Hogan, DISC, MBTI, HBDI,  Career Anchor and Global Mindset.

I bring compassion and courage to my 1-1 sessions and team workshops, combined with an integrated customer-centric approach to support my clients to unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
