Natalie serves as the Assistant Director of the Shucker Center for Leadership Development at Furman University. She is passionate about leadership education and helping college students grow and develop. While she works primarily within the realm of higher education, she is well-equipped to coach across any industry. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Natalie works with individuals and teams to understand what makes them uniquely powerful. She believes that one's signature themes represent their innate potential for greatness. Thus, Natalie works to empower her clients to not only identify and appreciate their talents, but also to put them to work in order to maximize their potential. Natalie leads with relationship building talents, driving her to foster strong connections with clients in 1:1 coaching sessions or group workshops. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Denison University and a Masters Degree in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University.
