Who I am:
My life-purpose is Unleashing Human Potential. I am currently living out my purpose by designing and implementing scalable systems that unleash the individual potential of military veterans in companies, cities, universities, and largescale communities. I’ve been described as an innovative business/social entrepreneur with a passion for God and the military veteran community.

My background:
My “Strengths” journey began in 2001 when I stumbled across a business journal article detailing Gallup’s research into innate talent. Now, after over 20 years as a Strengths practitioner, I am a Gallup certified strengths coach and a graduate of Gallup’s very first “Coaching Builder Talents” cohort in 2016. My work with Gallup’s BP-10 was instrumental in activating my own innate Disruptor talent, which lead me to design and build OSIE, (the Operating System for Innovation Ecosystems), which provides innovation infrastructure for Companies, Universities, and Communities that want to unleash their Builder Talent.
I have a background in corporate leadership and have held executive positions in Fortune 500 organizations, high-tech startups, small businesses, and non-profits. I have an MBA from an international top-30 school and a B.S. in Engineering from a US top-15 program.
What I do:
My home base is Texas (Dallas & College Station), and I travel nationally to unleash the potential of veterans in companies, cities, and universities through these programs:
• VET+MAP: The Veterans Evaluation of Talent + Matching Assistance Program is a strengths-based talent solution for veterans, the schools they attend, and the companies that eventually hire them. VET+MAP Corporation was established in 2020 as a non-profit to reimagine the process by which military service members transition to civilian careers.
• Veteran’s Job Factory: By leveraging the world's first Operating System for Innovation Ecosystems™️ and the Innovation Talent Pipeline app, a city or university can sponsor a Veteran’s Job Factory and provide the necessary infrastructure for any Veteran innovation ecosystem to flourish and create good jobs by identifying and empowering those veterans who have innate “Builder Talent” (aka. entrepreneurial talent).
