About Richard Lim

Richard specialises in helping leaders become the best leader for their teams. He believes that every person has a unique calling — a role in helping to make the world a better place — and a unique potential to fulfil that calling. He is passionate about coming alongside individuals and helping them to maximise their potential and fully live out their calling!

Richard has been mentoring and developing leaders for 30 years and has been integrating coaching into his approach since 2000. During the past 20 years, he has worked with leaders and teams from various parts of the world, helping leaders to lead effectively and transforming teams into high-impact and high-value-creating teams.

Richard integrates strengths-based coaching with other tools and techniques to help his clients gain a greater understanding of themselves so that they may become a better version of themselves.

Apart from coaching individuals and teams, Richard also provides training to help leaders integrate coaching skills into their roles. He is a coach trainer and a mentor coach for aspiring professional coaches.

Richard is based in Singapore and works across Asia-Pacific.
