For more than 17 years, Mihaela has been helping people to achieve their goals, identify new growth opportunities and contribute to their teams’ successes. Working as a marketer in the MedTech industry and leading small local and regional teams, she was focused on understanding the goals and aspirations of her customers and colleagues, helping them by developing customized solutions, tools and educational programs. Living and working in a multicultural environment led her to become more tolerant and leave aside stereotypes and biases. This experience has enabled her to build resilience and flexibility in dealing with uncertainty and change.
As a coach, Mihaela aims to bring out the best of in each individual and team, supporting them to understand themselves, set meaningful goals, and keeping them accountable to achieve.
