Linda Aull

Linda is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach who brings enthusiasm and insight to her clients through their personal Clifton StrengthsFinder report. Her mission is to help people see, and truly appreciate, how their talents have contributed to their success and how those talents can be honed into strengths. She delights in seeing clients at all levels of experience and education realize the power of their individual talent themes. She especially likes it when people see themselves through a new and positive lens.  

Through one-on-one coaching with leaders and all-day sessions with their entire teams, Linda can help teams use their collective talents in more effective ways.  

Linda also enjoys working with young adults to help them understand their talents as they make life decisions regarding education and early career opportunities. To her, there is nothing quite like the thrill of hearing a young person talk positively about what makes him or her stand out from the crowd.  

A lifelong educator, Linda holds a BA in English from Texas Woman's University, as well as a Texas Educator Certificate. She began her career as a high school teacher, then moved into corporate training design and delivery. She has been a technical writer and instructional designer, but her true passion is delivering motivating and inspiring group strengths facilitation and training.
