Über Mike Todd

Mike joined Learning Unlimited Corporation (LUC) in 1999. In 2004 he became Partner & President acquiring operational and strategic responsibilities. In 2012, he became an Executive Coach by earning the Registered Corporate Coach™ designation. He has since successfully logged hundreds of hours coaching executives and leaders throughout the United States. Mike is a Gallup-Certified Global Strengths Coach.  He believes philosophically in strengths-based leadership and routinely employs the CliftonStrengths assessment by Gallup.  Mike's "Top 5" are: Learner, Belief, Achiever, Deliberative, and Harmony.

As a life-long student of learning and leadership, Mike relishes the process of growing in every conceivable way: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The process of learning and growth naturally extends to his clients where he serves as their loyal guide and ally.

Mike is a devoted husband and father of six. He loves spending time outdoors. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is a nonprofit that Mike actively champions via board membership and routine activism.
