I currently serve as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Susquehanna University. I have over 15 years of Human Resources experience, have worked in Higher Education and Healthcare, and worked with Gallup for the past 3 years. I enjoy working with individuals, teams and managers to help them gain an appreciation for who they naturally are and what value they bring to a team. This approach helps improve communication and partnership, which ultimately improves the performance of the team.
