In her 27-year career in retail executive roles for major American brands like Banana Republic, Anthropologie, Cole Haan, LOFT, and Ann Taylor, Kim led large and layered teams to bring the brand proposition to life and deliver revenue and profit growth. Kim is an accomplished executive coach with over 20 years of experience leading large employee populations for Fortune 500 companies.

She went on to use Strengths with all of her work teams, creating programs and exercises that enabled YOY revenue and profit growth. In 2015 she became certified as a Gallup Strengths Coach and leveraged her training to develop an internal development program for more than 125 managers leading a workforce of 3000.
She is an ICF Accredited Executive Coach (PCC) with additional certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and Gallup Strengths, Kim uniquely combines her expertise in business strategy, coaching, and leadership development.
