I am a Level 7 Certified Personal and Executive Coach providing personal, professional and career development coaching - privately and in the workplace for individuals, teams and managers.
My signature strengths: strategic thinking, connectedness, individualisation, developer, empathy, achiever, responsibility and positivity. I lead with relationship building talents alongside strategic thinking - knowing this helped me understand myself more and (aha! moment) why I love Coaching, encouraging the personal and professional/ career growth and development of individuals, teams and organisations to move forward with purpose and thrive!
I use a strength based, positive psychology, person centred coaching approach. My individualisation talent means I naturally create bespoke coaching programs and tailor coaching conversations to the uniqueness of the individual or team I work with. The strengths based development approach helps you to notice, illumintate and leverage your unique talents and when you are at your best, enabling you to focus on doing more of what you naturally do best and enjoy!
For Teams, understanding each person's unique combination of strengths provides insights into how to work better together, to become more creative and productive, positively impacting their performance, wellbeing and the world around them. Initially each team member has an individual strengths coaching session, the manager has a coaching session about their top strengths - followed by team coaching session/s reviewing and applying the strengths of the team members. There is the option of creating individual / team development/ career development plans and guidance for conversation starters for managers to open up strengths based conversations with their team about next steps in their career. The whole team then gather for a strengths based development workshop. From the start, I work closely with the Manager to enable me to create a bespoke strengths coaching and training workshop / program based on their current situation, needs and goals of the team.

I have 19 year’s experience doing what I enjoy most, investing in people - in their personal and career development to overcome obstacles, unlock their potential, discover their purpose and thrive! I have experience working with individuals, teams and communities, in local, national and international organisations. I have had a squiggly but connected career, my roles have included being Learning and Development Lead in an international humanitarian aid charity, a Career Development Coach, a Lecturer (on degree courses), a Therapeutic Worker for a national charity supporting people affected by domestic abuse and a Manager of a team of therapeutic workers delivering grief and bereavement support.
I enjoy working in and creating supportive, positive and creative environments where individuals and teams have the time and space to learn, grow and develop, to tap into the best of who they are, to discover new, creative, courageous and efficient ways of thinking and next steps, by utilising their strengths to enhance their performance and thrive at work!
I am currently studying (part time) for my Masters in Coaching (University of Warwick).
