Sara Grosdidier is an ICF-certified coach and consultant based in Nashville, TN. She holds certifications as a Gestalt-trained coach, a Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and an Enneagram coach (all via ICF-accredited training). Sara coaches clients with a concentration on leadership development across a variety of industries, including healthcare, entertainment and tech. Leveraging her expertise as a CliftonStrengths coach, Sara specializes in strengths-based coaching both with individuals and teams, helping foster awareness, appreciation and efficiency in the groups she works with. Prior to launching Hardwire Consulting, Sara worked as an artist manager for nearly a decade with ROAR and Activist Artists Management. During her time there, she was instrumental in helping to develop, maintain and grow both companies' music rosters. Sara's skills are rooted in leadership, communication and creativity, and her passion is rooted in helping individuals and teams achieve their highest potential.
