Annette is an accredited Executive, Strenghts and Resilience Coach, working with her clients to support them in achieving their career goals and aspirations. As an experienced business leader herself, she is able to bring valuable insight and understanding of the context of her clients world, both with one to one clients and teams.
Annette coaches leaders and future leaders. Each coaching programme is tailored to the individual client’s needs.
Annette is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and a strong believer in working with clients to focus on their strengths and actively using them to achieve their goals. Annette runs Strengths based Leadership and Team workshops. Her workshops are tailored to her client’s desired outcomes, helping teams to build trust, collaborate and use their collective strengths to achieve their goals and overcome challenges. All ultimately helping them to become a more effective and a high performing team.
Annette’s approach is solution and outcome focused. She believes that her clients are resourceful and have the inner ability to find what is required and make the shifts needed to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges. This often involves using creative coaching tools and exercises to help her clients gain further clarity on their ambitions and their ability to action.
Prior to her career as an Executive Coach, Annette spent over 20 years working in Professional Services, firstly with Arthur Andersen, in both London and Sydney, before joining Frank Hirth where she became a board member and shareholder. Annette also led the Private Client team and had board responsibility for Talent and Development, both of which she has always been passionate about.
Annette’s approach is warm and empathetic, and her business leadership experience enables her to provide the right level of support and challenge to her clients.
